RETURNS POLICY

Our aim is to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with our service and the quality of our products.

Should you wish to return your order, please email us and we will do our best to help you.

The follow sets out our Returns Policy and the different reasons that you may wish to return your order.

  1. Model arrived damaged Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item via email
  2. Wrong item received Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item via email
  3. Item not as described Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item via email

All returns must be returned to us by the customer using Royal Mail Tracker 48 service within 7 days of receipt of the product.  The maximum postage we will refund to the customer as a result of a return under our returns policy is the current Royal Mail Tracker 48 service cost at the time of return.
