ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of Bedfordshire Diecast (bedfordshire-diecast.co.uk) (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.
Pricing
All prices are quoted including VAT and exclude shipping. Shipping or postage is calculated automatically and added to your order. Our shipping costs are also provided (England and Wales only) as a document on this site with the exception of “Bulk shipping costs” where you will need to contact us.
The Company reserves the right to change prices without notice and, in the unlikely event of an error, to amend orders that include the incorrect price. If you do not wish to accept the amended price order you will have the option to cancel that order and will be refunded.
Our prices do not include import charges or taxes to countries outside of the United Kingdom. The buyer is responsible for paying all import charges or taxes and Bedfordshire Diecast will not be responsible for any delays associated with the late delivery of items that are delayed as a result of local import processes.
Delivery
We offer a speedy delivery service. Please enquire in the comment box before completing your order.
Security
Your security is very important to us. All payments processed on the site are via an approved and secure payment gateway. Bedfordshire Diecast does not obtain or store your credit card information anywhere on this website.
Loss and Damage
No allowance for loss, damage or faulty goods can be made unless the carriers and ourselves are advised within 3 days of receipt and the carriers note has been signed for as damaged.
All models will be sent Royal Mail tracked and insured to the value of the contents.
Bedfordshire Diecast are not liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the shipping process via third party couriers e.g. Royal Mail, Hermes, FedEx, UPS etc.
Bedfordshire Diecast do not accept Loss and Damage claims for the model boxes as a result of shipping. The models are insured not the boxes. Box creases, tears or inner tray defects do not constitute a defective product and returns or exchanges will not be accepted by Bedfordshire Diecast under the terms and conditions of sale.
Price
Any price quoted by the company is correct at the time of publication but the right is reserved to alter prices at any time without notice.
Terms Of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in respect of products shall be made prior to despatch. Accepted payment methods are PayPal, credit/debit card, cheque, postal order or bank transfer.
Force Majure
The Company shall be under no liability to the customer in any way whatsoever for destruction, damage, delay or any other matters of any nature whatsoever.
Applicable Law
All contracts between the Customer and the Company shall be governed by English Law and shall be construed and take effect in all respects accordingly.
Product
All models are described as accurately as possible, and the condition of the model and box is shown in the photographs for each item. The photographs show the actual model and box that you are purchasing and therefore form part of the description of the item and contract of sale.
